It's a great storyline, I just hope it translates into a decent movie. IF WS turns out to be popular, I'd love to see a movie on the current series (Leonid is such a great villain - Tom Hiddleston would be perfect for him - should he want to stretch his Marvel U leather wings just a little bit ;)).

According to Mackie the fact I was born in The south makes me bred to be homophobic, sexist, and racist. That type of extreme dialogue insults me greatly. It's probably the use of the word bred since its use in derogatory talk typically refers to inbreeding in the south.

But seriously, what would they do after Winter Solider? People act like that and WW2 are the only Cap stories. All they need to do is Serpent Society, as they can't do Hydra and Nazis forever, and BAM! MOVIE DIAMONDBACK!!!

i'm a little worried about this movie. firstly i wanted to see what cap's life was 5 minutes after the avengers. seeing him a man out of time figuring things out. i was hoping sheild would be a bigger deal in the cap movie then the avengers. maybe seeing more cap and maria hill interaction.
so now we have to establish cap post avengers, introduce sam wilson aka the falcon hopefully he and cap's partnership. also reintroduce, assuming from the title of the movie, bucky barnes as the winter soldier. thats a lot of stuff. im hopping this female casting is for a villianess and not sharon carter. does the movie really need a love interest? steve didnt make out with anyone in the avengers that worked out fine. think about it they are introducing, a best friend and bring back another, an old , best friend while giving cap a girlfriend. thats a whole lot of emotional sub plots the script has to juggle and serve. can you do that in 2 hrs and do that well? honestly i think bringing bucky back in the second one is too soon steve doesnt even have a new life before the old one comes crashing down on him in nightmare that is winter soldier. cap and the audience just left bucky behind in terms of movies, we havent had time to even miss him yet. the 3rd movie would have been a great winter soldier movie.

i dont think its a good idea to try to reproduce the entire marvel u in film. mine the marvel comics for ideas yes but make movie marvel its own thing. hopefully im worried for nothing.

The second movie should really have been about establishing Cap in the modern world with a new supporting cast and new rogues. But what are you gonna do?
