To be included in the index, these avatars must feature high-quality Marvel images, should be 80x80 pixels, should be no larger than 19.5 KB, and must be framed in a (preferably 1-pixel) box.

I just read this again. I try to have my avatars be as high quality as possible, yet many of them are fan art. Is that alright as long as they look good and are recognizable?

A few pieces of fan art have been included before, yeah. Any avatar meeting the criteria for the index will be considered (though not necessarily included).

Johnny's back, but let's not forget that nearly a year ago, he did die to the heartwrenching grief of the FF. So, to put his return in perspective, let's remember how everyone reacted. Here are the FF kids reacting to Val's plan to kill Annihilus: Val herself is angry, Franklin shocked, Alex determined, and Bentley… well, he's smiling.

Can you avatar winter soilder head with the red target .And Kaines head with the moon. .

I couldn't zoom in on just Kaine's head without excluding the moon, so here's the best I can come up with. Same for Bucky, so here's Bucky and Natasha, Winter Soldier alone, and Black Widow alone.
