Okay, here's the thing. We don't grant Deathstroke reflexes on a sliding scale, that bump up to whatever he needs to take on whomever he needs. He requires speedfeats for this, and has not shown them.

Is he faster than Batman? Certainly.

Is he on a par with Spiderman? Nobody has demonstrated this speed from him. He has no bullet-time feats (post Reboot, maybe this will change). In fact, he has plenty of instances that contradict this.

Simply keeping up with or hitting other people in combat does not automatically equate to being of their speed, especially when there is vast amounts of evidence that speaks to the contrary and a total lack of feats to support it. And it's not part of the character's presentation.

Pre-DCnu Slade, for Rumbles purposes, should be considered in that nebulous grey area between Comic Book Peak Human and full-out bullet-timer. That's based on past Rumbles and evidence presented. I'm making this a mod-ruling because this sort of thing has happened too many times already.

Lancerman, in the future avoid dragging out a lengthly argument you decided to give up on Page whatever. That's trolling. And if you have an opinion regarding a character on Rumbles, back it up with feats.
