Shouldn't Jolt or Bucky lead Avengers Academy?

I was thinking that the team leader of the Avengers Academy shouldn't be one of the students but rather

Jolt



or Rebecca Barnes



Jolt because she was on a team of villains who turned good and if I remember correctly helped them to see the good in themselves.

Barnes because she was Captain America's sidekick ... on another earth and because she led a rebellion on counter earth for quite some time.

Plus with Veil gone from the team, I think one of those girls will make a nice addition to the team.

Rikki Barnes is dead.

I think they left Jolt on Counter-Earth and forgot about her.

Besides X-23, White Tiger and Julie Power are all joining the main cast, so they're not exactly in desperate need of more female characters at this point.

I think both would be fantastic additions to Academy but...yeah they're a wee bit hard to get on the book at this point.

the Onslaught/Loeb Rikki Barnes is dead. Mckeever did a fantastic job of cleaning up Loebs mess by making her a extention of Onslaught. the Rikki Barnes on counter Earth is still alive.

I would like to see Jolt back, but I'd prefer it be in thunderbolts maybe viva the current time travel storyline some how, but if not then I'd be find with her joining AA, but not leading I like Reptil as leader plus he's fav character in the book..

R.Banes = I'm indifferent & would prefer alot of other character join up AA before which how I feel about Hawkeye join the book soon aswell lol..

One would only hope that it lasts that long.

However, I don't think they'll deep six any Avengers title at the moment since the movie's coming up regardless of how detached Academy might be to the Bendis stuff.

Both worthy characters. I'd certainly love to see Rikki brought back from the dead. And Jolt's cool, so it'd be fun to see her around again.

It's kinda funny how Avengers Academy is being thought of as the Universal "Young Marvel's" book.
