    That would make me laugh, if Jean came back and saw what had happened between Scott and Wolverine and she sided with Scott, despite the school name

    That's possible, but it wouldn't really be consistent with what we understand to be Jean's beliefs and character. That doesn't mean it couldn't be made to work, but it's far more likely that they won't even try. They didn't even bother to try to make it work with Storm. She doesn't agree with Scott at all, but he convinced her to stay on to monitor and anchor him and his team.

    considering what wolverine is doing is exactly the sort of thing jean tried to prevent, she absolutely will side with cyclops and probably try to burn the school down herself.
