He's already had two of his properties made into movies and a third on the way. Not to mention that both Wanted and Kick-Ass are primed for sequels too. Oh and the Hit-Girl spin-off is a possibility too.

As Millar developed the new series together with Matthew Vaughn I think it is not premature to talk about a movie (if the movie will ever be produced is a completely different topic). Originally Posted by Scud
