I'm not sure Galactus is meant to be threatening the Earth per say here, since he has said that he does not want a prolonged conflict between him and Franklin.

Rather, he is probably commenting on the things that are about to happen in the FF-book.
I.e, the Reeds, the Inhumans, etc, are going to mess up the Earth. And when they're done... Galactus is going to take the remains, and Earth will be no more.

Maybe Galactus senses a threat coming from the Negative Zone. It's the only city that hasn't yet been depicted in the ongoing War of Four Cities. Maybe one of the teasers will show Johnny and/or Annihilus, though if that horrible monster is going to grace any FF or Fantastic Four cover variant or otherwise I'm going to yell out loud.

One retailer I was talking with speculated that the Human Torch will be brought back as a herald. Don't know why he thinks that, but I've not heard anything to back it up.
