Ditto on Mysterio. Black Cats sub plot was pretty great too.

Why couldn't Tobey shoot off one-liners in in the movie like he did in the game? He said some pretty funny stuff in the first two movie games.

Also, the boss fights with Doc Ock were amazingly executed. The fight with Shocker was pretty awesome too. Rhino was forgettable, but he was just a beginning of game tutorial type boss. The fight with Mysterio was the most epic LOL moment in an spiderman game. There was also the secret Calypso boss battle after the game.

This game was full of win. Sure, it wasn't perfect, but it started something new and did it amazingly.

She's that absolute last level in the fight arena. Pretty awesome boss!

Wow,good time to be a fan of Spider-Man and video games now.

Shattered Dimensions,Edge of Time and the mandatory video game version of the Spider-Man movie !!

The trailer looks good, especially the graphics of Spider-Man,really well detailed.

If the gameplay is as good as the graphics and the duration is decent this will be a cool new Spidey video game.

I hope the movie gives you the option to play using the classic costume.

I’d love to play this game, hope it wouldn’t disappoint, cause after my resolve of not caring anymore for Activision Spidey games this comes out and makes me thrilled

No, free roam movie Spidey games are the best (excluding the PS2 version of SM3), best in gameplay even with all their flaws. I like SM3 more than SM2, cause it did me more favors, I played it first, and there are some moments where I can do something aside what I'm asked for

    SM2 is underrated
The ONLY good thing that came out of it was free roaming.
There is more good out of this than free roaming
The villains and boss battles were poor
This complaint is poor, one of the most ridiculous complaints I heard about SM3 is this one. Some of the boss fights in SD could be easily avoided, but no, they made sure it happens
    the collectibles non-existent
There are many, why complain about them non-existing?
and the side-missions were repetitive and annoying (catching the balloon, anyone?).
First of all, the balloons mission is one of a few, second, SD is in full over the top repetitive and crap, but you think it deserves being nominated GOTY 2010, it’s worse than WoS in gameplay and story, only better in characterization

Yes, the web-slinging is wonderful, but its FAR from a polished video game.
Could possibly have been better, I’ll give you that, but even the glitchier SM3 isn’t ALL THAT far from being polished
Ah come on, the Mysterio subplot alone was better than most games A plots and many of those one liners were just great. ... I just wished there could have been more of them.
This. I wish the “Don’t hit your face with my fist” line wasn’t there though

    Shattered Dimensions
Seriously shark? SM3 is meh and this crap is good? It’s like preferring salty M&M’s to sweet one
    Edge of Time
This one is rather good, I really enjoyed it
and the mandatory video game version of the Spider-Man movie !!
Looks awesome, I hope it doesn't disappoint

I thought this was a rubbish trailer. A montage of him swinging about and then a spider slayer at the end.

I have learnt nothing from this trailer, I just threw away a minute of my life.

The best Spiderman game in terms of storyline was Spiderman for Playstation one.

After playing as Spider-Man 2099 in shattered dimensions and edge of time, I really want a Spider-Man 2099 stand alone game sandbox style.
Now not buying floppies ever again and currently selling my whole collection. Hardcovers are the way forward.

Currently Reading. Spider-Man the complete clone saga epic Book 1 - 5

So what? There are 9 more months before the release of the full product. Saying this is like expecting more from TDKR teaser over a year before the movie release

I think USM game has a good story line as well, only issue is it having a build up for continuation seemingly we won't see even in future comics. What ever happened to Beetle

I hope you're not a hater of SM3, that game did far more good than complaints I saw about it

    Agreed 100%.

Why hasn't the Carnage Octopus appeared in any of the actual comics yet? That would be great.

    Best Venom ever
I especially love him in What if mode, when you're chasing him and end up running through a women's locker room. Also the fight when he's attacking Spider-man and Spidey keeps going "stop it, that tickles!"

There's another thing more games need. A what if mode.
