"The next fan asked that if, after the first New 52 renumbered issues clear, they would go back and clean up continuity and tie the old stories into the new continuity more clearly. Idelson said they would eventually, though not right away."

    What does this mean ?

The Earth One plans sound great. The Superman / dictator scenario is great.

The very same thing that they did following Infinite Crisis & OYL lol. Personally besides Superboy I have lost all but interest for the super-family line. I really enjoyed Superman stories pre-52, well, except for Grounded of course. Not even poor Chris Roberson could saved that turd.
Pull List: Batman, Demon Knights, Smallville Season 11, Wonder Woman.

No "back-door" or reset. Really? well they may say this is "permanent" but NOTHING is permanent in comics. When Didio and Harras Leave DC (which is inevitable, even Stan Lee isn't at Marvel) the "New Guy" will do his own "This CHANGES EVERYTHING" event that will be "permanent".

I like what I'm hearing for the Superman books. So that goat thing really was Krypto. So who was in the forst cloning pod in Superboy #1? Jimmy and Kara is a neat idea, and Argo city returns. Awesome!

That cover to Earth One is fugly though...ugh...

The article does not say the goat-thing in Action Comics #2 was Krypto.

^^Yeah, it even says issue 3 is the first time we'll see Jor-El and Krypto. So that wasn't him in issue 2.

I'm interested in how different he will look though. As long as he's dog like I'm good.

Another fan wanted to know why there was such a radical change on Superboy, more so than many of the other New 52 characters. "His continuity and story got so complicated over the past five or six years," said Idelson.
Yeah, it got good. Oh well.

C'mon, you know what they mean. As long as they're in charge this will be the course. They can't speak for DC when they're no longer there. They're not fortune tellers.

I cannot believe how stupidly the Superman corner of the DCU is being handled. These morons (ie Harras, Idelson, Didio) do not have a clue how to approach Superman right.

It has to be a high science fiction book. And they need to get writers than know how to write. Grant Morrison notwithstanding, everyone else is a pathetic also-ran.

I think its being handled great.

    Action Comics has been fantastic.
    Superboy has been fantastic.
Supergirl was very good, but after only one issue I shy from saying fantastic.

Superman was pretty good too, though I too am wondering about the writing dutites being passed down. But I've always said as long as whoever's writing follows Morrison's template for what we're getting in Action, since that's the official origin, then things should be good.

The super family is by far the best part of the relaunch. I love every title immensely.
