Will Sin Cara Be Back In Time for WrestleMania Angle?, Vince McMahon Upset with THQ, Edge
By Marc Middleton
Dec 23, 2012 - 8:54:43 AM
- On Twitter, WWE Hall of Famer Edge was asked if he would still be with WWE if he had not suffered a career ending injury. He replied:
"might've been retired by now anyway"
- Sin Cara will be back in time to begin a WrestleMania 29 angle with Rey Mysterio. Unless officials have changed their mind, the plan has been to do Mysterio vs. Cara at WrestleMania with the idea of getting every fan in the stadium to wear a lucha mask to they can break a Guinness World Record.
- Vince McMahon was furious about the THQ bankruptcy as they owe WWE $45 million. This is the reason WWE sent out a statement last week saying they would be participating in the bankruptcy proceedings.

Well Vince bought out WCW and ECW so, why not.

I like WWE 12 because it seems that there aren't manny changes in WWE 13 other than an updated roster and Attitude Era mode which is the reason why I got the game and its good for that reason but otherwise I'll stick with WWE 12.
WWF Wrestlemania the Arcade Game was an old favorite. I love the ridiculousness of launching opponents 50 feet into the air and going all Sandman with attacks. So over the top, so awesome.
WWF Wrestlemani 2000 - similar to WCW/NWO Revenge but with WWF superstars. This style of combat system was one of my favorites. I can go into more details, but these are my top favorite wrestling games.
both of them are good classic WWF games. The sequel to the arcade game I have hear that it is not that great. But I never got the chance to play it.
the WCW one I was able to play it, altough I didn't watch WCW i liked the game.
and No Mercy was a very good sequel to WM 2000.
Ok, I have to say WWE 13 is AWESOME!!!!!!!
Attitute era mode is great. THQ really made an effort to translate those stories into the game. They are not 100% the same. But I would say like 90% exactly as they happened in real life.
So far I only have 2 complains:
1. For reasons unknown there is no Spanish announce table this year. The spanish team has never appeared. but the spanish table has always been there. Strange that it is not, since even the Attituder era DVD does mention it (the spanish table). and well manking falling from the cage into the english table seems a bit unnacurate. (specially since after it, there is a video, showing that he lands on the spanish table). Also since there is no spanish table. only 1 table to smash your opponent with.
2. No steve blackman. not even in DLC. cmon he was the chuck norris of wrestling!
and well the only real problem I have with the game is the same as always: ONLINE SUCKS! again servers are very bad, and even if you and your opponent have good connection the game sometimes kicks both out. Also there is a horrible glitch that resets you rank points everytime you turn off the game. (makes it very hard to platinum).
other than that, this game is good. and maybe my favorite so far.
I wonder what will they do next year. I kinda would like to see an Attitude era 2 mode.
I hope not a WCW era.
an ECW era would be nice.

THQ Games to be Sold to Highest Bidder.
Apparently the plan to sell it to a company that would have allowed THQ to operate normally have failed. The companies looking to buy it are:
EA, Warner Bros, and ubisoft.
Apparently many of THQ's announced games wont be released. or maybe the new owner will release them. Also it look like THQ will be sold in parts. I wonder if Vince would like to have a video game company. "WWE games" :)
The worst part is that I doubt any of the online problems WW'13 has will get fixed. I doubt the new owner(s) will fix any of the problems already released games have.

For the love of god don't let the buyer be EA.

I think I read on Eventhubs or somewhere that Capcom was in the running to acquire the WWE stuff. While I'm not sure if this will play out or not, the thought of a WWE vs. Capcom game excites me to no end. Dudley from Street Fighter and Damien Sandow would be a force to be reckoned with!
I have my doubts, about EA, they seems to be a hit and miss company.
and Capcom. The bad thing would be the overpriced and already in-disc DLC.
