Marvel really needs to get an Adams/Bradshaw rotational team on a book.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!

    Brubaker on Hawkeye?

Van Lente on another Spiderman book?

Or is it the other way around.

Either way there is no way I would pick up the tacky that is making Hawkeye look like his film counterpart. I guess all the loyal fans don't count for much when there are all the non-existent potential film to comic new readers out there.

Also there is zero need for another Spiderman book. No amtter how much I like the writer.

Events, film tie-ins and the same old A Listers. I'll stick with the varitey DC is offering up thanks.

The Lapham book has me slightly intrigued. But not massively. Not yet anyhow.

Bradshaw is alternating with Bachalo on the new Wolverine and the X-Men book.

I'm curious about the Bradshaw cover also. Ostensibly those characters / groups are going to have stories in the book, but not all of them can (Wasp and Johnny Storm), unless there are flashback stories. Plus. Retro O5 X-Men?

Hawkeye's loyal fans couldn't have been that loyal the way his last series failed, even though I always heard good things about it. Either that or there just aren't that many of them. Nevertheless, maybe his Avengers Solo story will be to your liking. Support the character the way you'd like him to be portrayed. Of course, if you'd rather turn your back to both stories because you don't like a costume change in one story, it really makes you seem like a shallow "fan".

I'm also a bit confused about your complaint of the same old A-listers. Do you mean creators or characters, because there's only one actual A-list character on the Kubert variant and that's Spider-man. All of the others are B-list at best. If you're talking about creators, why shouldn't they put creators who sell to get the ball rolling on untested properties or those that don't have much community support? That's just smart business sense.

You don't have to like everything blindly but it increasingly comes off as if you're being nitpicky about everything Marvel announces, and I know I'm not the only one who feels this way on these boards.

That's even more incentive for me to get that book. I'm just not a fan of what's most likely going to be a $3.99 pricepoint.

No idea. I think he's on the Lapham teaser.

He's always anti-Marvel and negative. I just ignore his posts.

Looks like there'll definitely be a new Scarlet Spider.

Does that mean Patrick the Clone has to give up the name? He's becoming the new Monica Rambeau.

He can just use Iron Spider. Until someone else takes that one too...

I hate Nu-Hawkeye. Drab and boring. Too realistic. The couldv'e just streamlined his old outfit. But, I guess that he helps promote the Avengers movie in his new garb. :-/

Do we know what Point One is going to be about, because on the cover I see the First Class X-men, which makes me wonder is Jean Grey coming back?

Good god. Did someone break Kubert's knuckles or something? He's usually about a thousand times better than that cover.
The Bradshaw cover is a masterpiece though.
