Here's hoping he gets a new smartphone or something soon.
I propose a new game. At the end of every battle we try and determine/imagine the loss of animal and plant life extinguished, the collateral damage cause, and how that affects everyone not us. Example, due to the massive hole Azzy blasted in the park, the city had to lay off one worker to pay for the landscape specialists to fill the hole. The man could not find a job and thus resorted to a life of crime. The next poster can spin off something completely insane from that.
Because really, comics never cover the consequences of super battles.

Like I said in the RP. I'd like to think that most of Azrael's clothes died terrible deaths, and he is now somewhere just above the realm of bare ass naked. And since the hole destroyed quite a few critters, maybe the birds in the park go hungry and starve, or maybe they have to resort to a life of bird-crime in order to feed their chicks, causing the other birds to do in kind... Creating a terrible cycle of bird-on-bird aggression.
And since the one day laborer resorted to a life of crime. Lets take it a step furter. The person that was required to work the exra shift in order to fix the park had to work through his anniversary. Causing his wife to reasses his level of commitment. Then she starts cheating on him. Then he finds out and kills them both. Now he's a criminal. And he swears vengance on whoever destroyed the park. He has an idea who did it, and with DNA verification he can find out, because he totally found a scrap of clothing that was most likey being worn at the time, by whoever decided to wreck the park. Which is not creepy at all.
Then he changes his name to the Avenger. And eventually gets killed in a back alley by some thugs.
We've lost some players. I am actually open to the idea of opening up the RPG to anyone new who might be interested in joining. Even now.

Perhaps. But it would require another sign up thread to let people know it's open.
What happened to all the other posters? There were more people several months back.
I think the one of the problems is that there can be a couple of days before there's a relevant post taking the story forward.

Chou poped in a day or two and said he had to quit, due to having too much work to do. Captain England was banned. Sub-Zero has been busy/phone issues. Not sure about the others.
Eh, that isn't such of a much. Really, I think the problem is Az, Arthur and Angelica being too awesome. D'you see that teamwork back there? No? I thought I did, somewhereI think the one of the problems is that there can be a couple of days before there's a relevant post taking the story forward.
... though it could be a bit of a problem, people forget and it gets pushed back. It happens, though.
I didn't mean you weren't, we know you have a real life and other priorities. And the past week or so has been a lot better than previous months. But it is an issue. Though not to the extent of Marvel Alliance, which hasn't seen a post in...a while. XA is currently about the same as say CAU, in that there's currently just a small yet devoted number of players. Though with CAU that's easier because it's individual character, and the posters are constantly changing characters. Here's there's a set number of characters, and we're supposed to be a big class sized team, so the small number of posters is more noticeable.
