Your stuff is just a treat to look as, ridiculously detailed, but never feels overworked or messy, and the stuff you sketch whilst in work I would give my right arm to produce stuff like that

I gotta say I love your work on faces and the way you layout your shadows for the inker and colorist. Really solid stuff there. Great usage of core shadows and highlights all throughout your work in the sketch stages meaning that by the time anyone else touches your work its so finished that it remains completely intact no matter what. Too little detail can lead to the impact of your work being at the mercy of your colorist and your approach is a solid way of avoiding that issue. Really tight.
You may want to try printing off some of these and trying brush pens/ dip calligraphy pens on your sketches to see how well they'd turn out inked. Inked work sells easier to folks when pushing for art jobs and I really think you got some potential here.
