Hmmm, suspicious...
I am not too surprised. First they laid off the marketing dept last month, and now this. I am expecting to see more coming from Marvel in the future. I think they are just trying to lean the company out a little, trim some of the excess employees they have there.
How quickly will Joe Q take over this job?
So what if people lose their jobs; I don't want to pay $4 for a comic book!

disney probably has a fleet of chief operating officers that can handle the marvel work flow with little effort... its things like this that make mergers and acquisitions profitable
seeing as this is a staff position and not a line position.... not sure why its even news
well, apparently he was well liked... which i guess is a good thing
