New users have to wait until they get to 20 posts in order to have full access to adjust their accounts.

For some reason when I try to get one It lock me out of that function.

You need about 20 posts before it lets you add an avatar, at least that was the case for myself.

Whoever I go on my profile to change things like my picture a message comes up saying I can't! It says I either need activation (which I have) or I'm banned? Even though I can still post and make threads, if it helps I'm currently on my iPod touch. Thanks.

Did it just happen? If so, give the system time to update, it's not like flicking a switch.

Now it seems to be working, I guess I just needed to be signed in for a bit? At first it wasn't letting me edit my profile at all. I had wanted to change some info since most of it was outdated. Now everything seems to be fine. :)
