Punkrat13, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

What does this mean?

You have to reach 20 posts (plus a hour or so afterwards for your account to upgrade) in order to edit your profile.

It would be a lot more clear if it just said, "You need to have 20 posts" somewhere in there.

I've luckily run into a forum that had a similar policy before, so I figured it might be something like that. But the other forum was a lot more clear about it. Took some work finding this thread, and before I did, I was kind of concerned I was missing something. Was my account broken? Did I need to wait for an admin to make some form of additional approval? But I suppose you want posters that are willing to put in the work to figure out what's going on.

I feel naked without an avatar or a signature. Like I don't have a personality yet.

This happens for almost every page relating to my own profile, and I can't seem to view other profiles either.

Why is this happening?

Yes it does have to do with the user privileges. Once you reach 20 posts, you will be able to access your profile.

I'm guessing you have not logged on since the change. If so, you have to wait for the Forum to upgrade your account.
This usually happens an hour or two after you log in.
