E.D is correct. The amount of spam we've had to delete and spammers we've had to ban is remarkably less now than it was beforehand, especially Private Messenger spammers.

I can believe that, I suppose...but to be clear, I wasn't necessarily criticising the decision to eliminate links in new user's signatures, just letting you know that you'll have to go a step further if you want to eliminate spam altogether...which I assume is the goal.

I hadn't actually thought of private message spammers...but how could that work? Weren't links disabled in PM anyway?

We re-enabled links in PMs since we set this in action.

I can't access any of the tabs in my User CP. Whenever I click on things like "Edit Your Details" it tells me that I don't have the permission required to access that page.

Help?

You need to reach 20 posts in order to have full access to the UserCP.

i tried to edit my profile,
when i got this message,

megarock58, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
what should i do?

Boy I thought Something was wrong with my cookies When I couldnt edit my profile add an avatar and Signature So I guess Ill have to wait on the first 2 and manually put my Signature in

I'm having trouble with the avatar function under User CP. I was trying to select an avatar but it told me that 'RoyalTailor, you do not have permission to access this page.'

Could someone please help me?
