Well, those two things do tie in together...
...but now we still have to see how X-Men and Avengers are involved.

I'd say that Bendis can pump out another 4-5 issue mini-series pretty easily (speaking of Ultron). No one publishing the books cares if things overlap a little.

Bendis and Ultron
Can't wait for this: Six issues of the Avengers and New Avengers devoted to minimal plot advancement and maximum 12 panel pages with talking heads spewing on absolutely irrelevant topics followed by one or two issues of fighting. This will certainly be a better story than that crummy Busiek/Perez Ultron story early in their Avengers run.
Didn't Bendis already do Ultron in another Avengers series where she was some naked chick? That was a real winner story as well...
