Not a character, but I'd really like to see the Avengers Hydrobase get Ultimatized. The Triskelion's getting a little dated IMO.

Chamber.
I think it would be good if his chamber wasn't on his front torso. Maybe it's like a short but very powerful canon on top of his head. He bows down slightly and blasts loads of energy out of his head. Might make a good Brotherhood member.2000-2006: Golden Age of the UU
