Meet at the center of the Daily Bugle! But you might never know when someone could be on; so go to the Chatbox and discuss there!

The best way in my opinion is to get on this thread and plan a specific meet and greet time and see who comes, other ways are to use the chat box (but not all team members use chat box), or take the membership list on page 1 and start searching for people, or hang around the Bugle and using the membership list and see who you recognize, The Moderators don't let us see CBR or Forum if you type it, so you might want to say "hey I'm on the team my name is...."
But I think setting something on here before hand is the easiest way.

Seems like a weird function, and it seems like it is making it impossible for one to recruit in-game friends to this here group if no mention of CBR can be made.
