Hello everyone! Before our much anticipated Survivor Series Tournament begins and due to the influx of many new members, the CBR SHSO Council would like to invite ALL to a New Guy Night on Saturday, December 8th. You can come and hang out with some new friends, practice for the big tourney, finish those new Challenges or just dance! Here are the details:
The event starts at 8 PM EST. Please be on time because we will start by taking a team photo on top of the Baxter Building and if you're not on EST, make sure you convert that to your individual time zone. The theme is, drumroll please, New Avengers! Show up as any of the following: Ms. Marvel, Spider-man, Wolverine, Thing Luke Cage, Doctor Strange or Daredevil! Feel free to send a friend request to me, Volcanic Torch Manatee, or my co-host, Cunning Omega Lady on that night so we'll all be on the same server and get AWESOME pictures! I'd also ask that when in the zone, you stay as a New Avenger of your choice, so that our CBR photographers can snap beautiful shots of all of you. Once there, you can group up for missions, card matches, whatever!
If you are participating in the Survivor Series Tourney this could be some great practice time for you! Hopefully lots of your competitors will show up, giving you the chance to size up opponents, and maybe play some harder missions you don't have yet! We hope that this event convinces you to stick around the team after the tourney ends. We'd love to have all of you!
If you're not in the tourney, you should come too! Come meet new friends and fellow team members! For both this event and Survivor Series Tourney cbox will be the main use of communication. For missions you can be whoever, but I'd really appreciate if everyone stayed as one of those characters in zones. You can be any version, but please be Ms Marvel, Thing, Luke Cage, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Dr. Strange or Daredevil.

I mean change characters since I originally picked Avengers Hawkeye but since my membership expired I would like to change to Iron Man

At some point when I have a tournament with over sixty players and the potential for it to continue to still gain more before the application process is over, I need to stop being the nice guy in order for things to remain structured and organized. That in mind though, I also have to take into account that there are younger members here that could have a parent turn around and tell them they cant renew the Agent membership that next month. Or with the holidays, they have to wait till Christmas, or something similar on those lines. I do expect people regardless of their age though to use their good sense to check things such as when memberships expires. Assuming you have the inability to renew before the start of the tournament I will allow the switch in this case. Its also with the understanding that I dont expect to hear, "I got my membership back now, can I switch to...." , when the tournament starts.

Final Note: To help new players, * represents Starter Heroes (which everyone starts with) ** represents silver heroes (which non-paying players can get with relative ease) and + represents challenge characters (which you can win through challenges)
