Hey Guys,
Love all the stuff that is going on with the team, don't forget random theme missions with fellow team members were a a staple of the team, and we have not seen a team picture night for a while. Can the Council please schedule a team picture so we can document the new blood, and Theme missions with fellow members develops chemistry and love, don't lose sight of that.

LOL I been gone for so long I'm confused as to what the tourney is? But the Night of the flyers sounds like fun, I might make a surprise appearance. Dr.Strange's Mansion was awesome. I was about to make that the official HQ if they had kept it.

Seeing all the old team pics makes me miss some of my friends from the beginning when I first joined CBR, that have left or gone M.I.A. Mason, Virgo, & Winter at least still show their faces every once in a while, wish I could say the same for Rogue and Princess. As for my M.I.A., Beast left mysteriously without a word. Emilio is missing as well. Sun did leave, but he came back, still giving me chances to mess with him. I miss all of you guys and couldn't ask for a better group of friends.

There Can Be Only One...



Seasons Beatings is the second edition of what will continue to be a regular event here for CBR's SHSO Team. Pitting members in a grueling cycle of missions one after another continuously until only one remains standing victorious over their fallen broken opponents. Members will go through missions in teams as a single character selected for the total duration of the tournament. Kicking, blasting and otherwise storming your way to victory, or simply gathering agro to sick loose upon your fellow squaddies while stealing all the power-ups laughing all the way. Your goal is a simple one...Stay alive. Speed and high scores matter not; just pure survival is all that matters. Once you die you are done. There is no re-spawning, no do-overs, no take twos. If you die in a mission you have to exit out immediately and you are eliminated from the competition. The surviving members once the mission is over then advance forward in the tournament.




I will be accepting PMs and posts for entries from members along with their character choice for tournament play to be entered into the bracket. Character selection will be first come, first serve. So make sure to get your entry in quickly. A secondary or even third choice will be good to have ready in the event your first character choice is already taken. Also please include your SHSO Squad name for reference, as well as your time zone based on (GMT) so brackets can be more easily arranged. Application cut off will be December 9th @ 23:59 EST. Tournament matches will begin shortly thereafter that week as people are available with their brackets.

We had a lot of no-shows last tournament, and I’d like to give every one the chance to play. Also the holidays for a lot of people are coming up so the tournament will be spaced out over the course of the season, so everyone gets to play and to make things easier than trying to lock everyone into a single weekend. In addition this time, we will be allowing ALL characters for tournament play. Keep in mind however with that option now available, certain power types will be pitted against each other from the start of the tournament in the brackets. So all you healing and stealth wanna-bees are going to have to deal with groups of your own special talent out of the starting gate.

I will update the tournament roster as it gets filled and update accordingly.

Prize details - Gazillion will be directly being giving out to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners each a mission of their choice. If in the event a player already owns all the missions, they will receive the next mission that is released. The CBR SHSO staff will also be giving out a bit of holiday gold. 1st place will receive $30 in pre-paid gold cards. 2nd place will receive $15 in pre-paid gold cards.

Due to the first come, first serve nature of the tournament for selection, I can not allow people to change their character on a constant basis. Changing characters will not be allowed until the start of the tournament day. Assuming the character is available at that time you may change characters with no issue. If a character you want is taken, you may contact the person with said character and attempt to get them to switch with you. I will allow switches of that sort at any given time, assuming I have confirmation of the switch from both parties involved.
