When she joined the x-men, she was a fragile british lady, with a profound wish to proof her value and to be a warrior, but she was more like the sensible voice of truth of the x-men team.

After her transformation in an asian ninja, she became the warrior she always wanted to be, body and soul, she then developed an adventure junkie personality and a impetuous joie de vivre.

After the truth about the body switch, the identity crisis started, and she started questioning herself about her true self, and how much she preferred being who she was at that time, then when she was a british bird.

Then for years, no aspect of her british roots was explored, untill Claremont resurrected her in 2005, planting some secondary plots about how she'd evolved away from her brit roots. Nothing came out of this.

Yost again played with her identity crisis in her mini, and stated that she feels she is far away from what she used to be...

Remender hasn't touch on this but has stated that he sees betsy as a shattered psyche, not a 100% sure of herself.

Even Capitain America, briefs Besty as someone with identity crisis....

I seriously hope in this next OtherWorld arc, Betsy finds balance and accept that she is a british aristocrat living inside an asian warrior. I'm totally an asian Psylocke supporter, but I really miss the british background and mannerisms.

Will be nice to see those interactions again, be nice if Havok, longshot, and colossus comes along for the ride from time to time.

Her current personality reminds me a lot of the previous relationship with Warren and the whole crimson dawn mess. I definitely think Betsy is a far better character when she's single. I like her fight scenes but get the feeling even British Betsy would have been more ruthless and efficient and wouldn't have moped around so much in doing what needs to be done in X-force.
I do kind of miss some of her playfulness but there just hasn't really been any time for her to be playful. A lot has happened pretty quick and she's losing the man who she convinced herself she may possibly love. Remender showed some of it back in the issue where Warren saw her practicing to kill him. "Now, don't just stand there awestruck by your terrific luck in women. Let's go kill this son of a bitch." So the potential is there.

Lol yeah, but she wasn't so fragile back then, she gave Sabretooth a run for his money and remember during the Outback days when she wanted to kill off the Reavers as much as Wolverine did? She had her mean streak even back then.

To me, that was what made Betsy more of a badass. Not only did she held her own against Sabes, she actually defeated him later during Inferno... I was sad that CC didn't use her more in Forever, bc the fight against the Marauders would have been amazing!!!

It'd be cool to see Psylocke in a proper ninja suit, with a mask and everything. I'd like that. Maybe a row of kunai up her thigh etc.

And she had him under her complete control at a time when her telepathic powers had been reduced due to the body swap. She managed not only to keep him under wraps, but also to take on the Fenris twins and Omega Red AND keep up her special mindlink with Logan long enough for her to do the job. Good times that we are re-living in spades thanks to Remender.

More like the hot lady from Ninja Scroll. That just looks like she'd be confused with Dust, lol! Betsy needs to show a bit of leg.

There's that Psyblade/Crimsonsea costume redesign that I lovvved. It was like a cross between her ninjakini and armor. Think it had two sashes? Could do without them but otherwise I really wish it were an official design, lol. Think she was sporting a long ass braid too. Way too lazy to look for it, sorry

I actually don't care for the Ganov cover. It's pretty basic but I do love the effect of her psychic knife. The UXF cover is so quirky. Grampa is awesome.
