Marvel is teasing "Fear Itself: The Fearless," debuting what appears to be Mike Deodato's variant cover for the series' first issue with the teaser statement "Defeat the FF, Save the World."

Interesting, to say the least. Cullen Bunn did say that all the characters featured on the issue one cover would pay a part in the story, so this teaser confirms the FF's involvement. Whatever this means for The Fearless, its nice to see the FF more involved in the Marvel U this year. I wonder whose next to appear in Fearless. (Personal hope: Spider-Girl, X-23, Power Man, Amadaus Cho, and Thunderstrike's new team

Its the FFs fault. Val aint intrested in joining their swingers club. And when Ben pinched her butt she has every right to kick all their asses for their immoral ways.

Interesting. Cullen Bunn already told us that the folks on the cover of issue one would be major characters in his book, but now we finally get confirmation. Songbird/Diamondback, I wouldn't be surprised if we get one of these for Cain and the T-Bolts.

Fraction and Bagley?? How could you make a series less glamorous, I don't know. Sorry for Bunn who is writing a fantastic series with the Sixth Gun.

Fraction is one of the co-plotters, along with Yost and Bunn. Cullen Bunn, however, is doing most of the scripting for this series, not Fraction.

Bagley is an old school artist and a pro. The series will come out on time, tell the story clearly and look dynamic. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed his Defenders From the Vault work, even being older work.

Probably not a great idea for us to reference Valkyrie as 'Val' in a story involving the FF (who have their own Val - Valeria already). That way lies madness... and confusion!
