Anyone do gifs. Can I get a gif of Faye in the towel shaking her head in disgust.

Interesting recent developments, so Cassie has something "dark" in her. Wonder what her ancestors did that was so bad..

Similar to Vampire Diaries, this show did end up growing on me. I thought it started out somewhat so-so, but it's picking up.
Still not a huge fan of the actress playing Cassie though... which is sort of sucky cause she's obviously the main character.
The thing with her and the witch-hunter guy is pretty interesting though. I thought at first it was just a romantic obstacle thrown in there between Adam and Cassie... but it's sort of become a thing all it's own at this point. Hell, there's more going on between Jake and Cassie at this point.
I love Britt Robertson. Watch Cherry and Tripple Dog. She's in both. And delivers great performances.

It's not very good, but there are some hot actresses in it. So I keep watching it.
Britt Robertson, Phoebe Tonkin, Shelley Henning, and Jessica Parker Kennedy, all hot.
And I have wanted to shag Natasha Henstridge ever since I went to the movie theater while in college, and watched her in Species back in 1995.
Yep I'm with you.
The show is better and decent enough to keep me watching for now.
I also agree about the actress playing Cassie. I'm disliking her more and more every episode because of the actress. I don't like her look and so far nothing about Cassie's personality makes it better either. Luckily for the show the rest of the cast outside of Token, what I call all minority characters who are basically pointless to the show but put there for diversity*, is good.
*BTW, this is what I used to call Bonnie on TVD until they finally made her character meaningful. Maybe Token in Secret Circle will grow but she's largely left out of all the major plot twists to date and I can't even remember her name. There is absolutely nothing wrong with minority characters of course except when its so obvious they have no role other than allowing the show to say they have a diverse cast. Wallace on Veronica Mars is an example of a minority character where they actually gave him a purpose right from the start but most of the time it seems they are just there for background effect.
I think Brit Roberts is beautiful and I love her acting. She's honestly the only reason I watched the pilot. Her and the fact that they repeated the first episode after they repeated Ringer either Friday or Saturday after they aired.
Faye called Cassie a bitch! She did sort of have a point, Cassie is dangerous, she shouldn't get free passes. Then again, Faye is much, much worse and harmful.
I liked Diana and Melissa reconnecting like old friends. Makes Melissa look less like dead weight.

I know I shouldn't be saying this, because it'll probably sound racist or something. But the guy that Faye's been dealing with in the past couple episodes, doesn't he seem awfully . . . White to be the grandson of a Vodou priest? I mean, I know there can be White Vodouisants. It's a religion and almost anyone can join up. However, seeing as it's a religion that stems from Haiti and the African tradition, it might have given the character a little more authenticity if he seemed to have some African roots himself.

So no comments on the latest episode from last week? We find out Cassie's father is still alive. The storyline is getting interesting.
I'm wondering who the other member of the circle is related to Blackwell? Perhaps Faye or Diana? I'm assuming it's not Adam otherwise that's just a little creepy. Again it being Jake/Nick would also be kinda creepy. So I'm thinking it's down to Melissa, Diana, and Faye. Honestly, we don't see much of Melissa so that's why I think it's Diana or Faye. I lean towards Faye since it's been shown Faye and Cassie do have some sort of connection that could be explained by being related(though at the time it was explained as her just being that powerful).
It made sense to me. If you're going to find white Vodoo(Vodou?) people then it's probably more likely to find them in the southern states. Heck, it could of been his grandparents grandparents owned slaves, and they picked up the religion from them somehow?
Or they could of just been witches who got into voodoo. Especially if it's capable of things like what they did to Cassie(stealing her power). Though perhaps that was a spell Faye stole from the circle? I can't remember.
For me though if I was someone who found out they were a witch I might study other types of "magic" to see if it's also real.
For what it's worth, I once dated a chick whose family was all into that crap(she was white). She eventually moved down to New Orleans to live with that side of the family, chick came back with "vodoo brick dust" and stuff.

I know, right. Characters on TV shows rarely seem to seek out information on the stuff they're stuck in the middle of. It's something that struck me about this show, but also about Once Upon a Time. If I were in one of these shows I'd head to the library and check out every book on either ritual magic or fairy tales respectively.
