Captain America #3 (This book, well, this and Cap & Buck, have seemed to have lost direction since Steve picked up the shield again. I could feel a larger story happening with Bucky coming back, Steve getting used to him, dying, and then seeing Bucky take over as Cap, but now it feels like we're back at the last Cap #1)
Ultimate Comics X-Men #1 (This Bobby, Johnny, Kitty trio has really gotten my attention. Hopefully I'll like it, but over the last few months especially I've gotten a lot pickier about my books)

Is it just me, or is Fear Itself being taken too far? It's not that great of a concept.

Boy, Balor shrank. Dude used to be like 60 feet tall, peak Giant-Man/Goliath size.

I admit that I haven't really been following it much, but glowing hammers and fear have little to do with each other. That's all I'm saying.

Nice little week for me. I'll be getting Avengers:The Children's Crusade, Avengers #17, Captain America #3, Invincible Iron Man #508, and X-Factor #225.

Avengers Children's Crusade #7 is at the very top of my list. After reading Issue #6, I'm stoked to see what happens with this long-running series! It seems to be coming together at just the right time. Fear Itself is almost over. X-men Schism is in full swing. Don't know if this is because of or in spite of Marvel's plans, but it's turned into a great series!

Uncanny X-men, Hulk, Captain America, X-men, and all the Fear Itself tie-ins are also on my list, but Children's Crusade is my main focus.

Not enough of you guys are reading Captain America Corps.

This is slightly heavier week than usual for me.

    Captain America Corps
    Vengeance
    Youth in Revolt
    Daredevil

I wish the second Hulk trade wasn't taking so long to come out. I feel like I'm missing out.
