Id understand if someone had moved 2 or 3 times in between election cycles (and even thenm they should be really isolated incidents)...but considering I have lived in the same district for 6 years now and have only moved a mile away (but still in the same district), there really isn't any valid explanation outside of tampering

Something about democratic voters being over-sampled for polling or some such leading to bad numbers. I mean if your team is jumping ship all of a sudden...?
