Rassummmes ALWAYS polls about 4-8 Percent pro -republican, very consistently so,whether by intend ort polling methods is unknown, they also miss the real results at polls by about the same amount. Check out the Conservative site Real Clear Politics and you can see that.

Today in Ohio, the president made the entire Romney campaign go into scramble mode while their candidate was still jet-lagged today, when he had the audacity to use facts against them. They have yet to form a substantiated response to President Obama's charge that the Romney tax plan was reviewed by the independent, nonpartisan study group, the Tax Policy Center, pointed out that the Romney plan would take away $86 billion in tax credits to the middle class, and use them to pay for tax cuts for the richest 1% of Americans.

The response from the Romney campaign was, "Well unemployment is still over 8%, and has been the past 41 months!" Which, fails to mention that it's been steadily decreasing, and creeping near that number during that time, in spite of congressional obstructionism. More to the point, their response failed to disprove the accusation.

Romney Aide: ‘Biased’ Tax Study Ignores The Coming Romney Boom
Mitt Romney’s policy director Lanhee Chen claims that a new study showing 95% of Americans would see a tax hike under Romney’s tax reform plan is “biased” and fails to take into account the explosion of economic growth that will occur under Romney’s administration.

One: Trickle Down economics never cause a "Boom". Two, it doesn't change the fact that their tax plan would still give $86 billion in tax cuts to the rich, while taking away $1000-$2000 dollars away from the average middle class family. Throwing the label, "ROMNEY BOOM!" on it doesn't change the facts. It does, however, give pundits and critics of Romney the ability to say, "The only Romney Boom you'll be seeing is the one where he blows up the concept of the middle class and makes America solely about the rich, and then the poor, who have nothing."

The Dems should really pull out the phrase "class warfare" in relation to Romney's plan. Because (a) it is, and (b) the Republicans certainly have no problem using it, so why not join in the fun?

Because then the GOP will claim they were right all wrong, and the president really is trying to incite class warfare by calling for the middle class to rise up against the rich. "HE EVEN SAID CLASS WARFARE! HE OUT AND SAID IT!"

No, he's going to have to hit on the points without their hot button.
