I have just recently subscribed to some Titles on the Official DC Site.

New to the whole Comic "thing", so I was just wondering how reliable they are, how fast they ship etc.

After ordering, or subscribing to something you normally receive a confirmation E-Mail, haven't got one yet?! Is this normal, or did the order not go through.. Ive contacted support, but they aren't answering -.-
