Has anyone been watching Young Justice or Green Lantern animated series lately?

Both are surprisingly good.

Young Justice is pretty solid. Still the occasion mixed or awful episode but I'm liking more than I'm not liking. GL, Bruce Timm's style translates well into 3D animation on a technical level it's just not that terribly appealing and honestly looks lazy.

Would not know I'm afraid. I kind of realized a few years back that try as I might I can't bring myself to particularly care about the GL franchise.

Yeah, it dropped today, and it was surprisingly good. I loved Alfred.

At first I didn't like the GL anime becaust the graphics looks so blatingly smooth computer graphics, almost cheap.
But the story telling is pretty damn good and has me coming back for more about Razer (which I think they took that name from me but that's anothe rant).

Young justice, I liked it from the get go eventhough it took forever to get new episodes, but now I'm getting a little tired of the future Young Justice and want to go back to the Teens. At first i,t was great to seem them in the future but I hate nightwings lispy voice which makes him so geeky and unbuffy as a teen with a lispy voice he was still cool.

Yeah, Tenacious. That's my issue with GL. The Bruce Timm style was designed to make classical animation easier and still look well. But In 3d once you have the character models built and rigged you don't have to worry (as much) about keeping it simple for the sake of making it easier to animate. They really could have gone for more complex models and rigs and it would make the show look much better for only a little more effort. The Bruce Timm style is great but it was made so even a monkey could not screw it up too badly, in 3D it really shows how safe it is.

Not much, just got a job as an assistant at school, but it's the weekend now so I'm off.

Cool beans man. Would not mind a job myself. My school schedule makes it hard to find a job. But if I had one I could hold it if you know what I mean.

True, it's for the summer, and only July, but it's alright. I doubt I'll work regularly when I start school this fall.

Done high school, however, I have commencement in the fall.

I start going to the University of Toronto in the fall.
