Note to Marvel: more comics I buy, less comments I make.
New Avengers Annual #1 (no books last week, one this week. amazing, from what I understand, most of the books I bought from Marvel that came out in August will also have issues published in September. I think I'm going to get hit hard later this month. Anyway, as to the book itself, why do I think of Booster Gold and the Conglomerate when I see Wonder Man and the Revengers. What kind of a name is that, anyway? Did they used to be Avengers and when they got bitten by radioactive Jim Lees and Geoff Johns then became REvengers? D-Man and Captain Ultra? Why isn't this Marvel's JLI for crying out loud?)

X-men #17, X-23 #14, Hulk #40, and Punisher #3 are at the top of my list. But I'll be more focused on getting Action Comics #1 from DC next week more than anything else. Not that I'm going to overlook these comics, but I really want to see what DC has to offer with their new relaunch.
