I appreciate the time they were kidnapping Jubilee, and Wolverine was all "RAAARRGGH!!!" and cut down a wall with his claws, and Psylocke just stood behind him, defiantly.
It was quite the occasion.

I don't remember what issue it was, but my favorite appearance by them was the one where they revealed Hardcase and Wolverine had been friends for years. Definitely their best appearance.
