I'm not exactly defending them here, however, they did drop gofightlive after the last set of problems, so this is technically their first issues with their own deal.
Well, unless you count the free Bryan vs Punk thing that shut them down.

finaly saw the video of that extreme reunion show.
Very sad, the best is at the end, after watching the crowd pissed off at this show they hated, chanting "fuck you shane" and "refund" as the guys on commentary try to bury the audience.
    Really?

Btw, just a side note on these ippv things, i listened to an interview with Gabe Sapolsky about gofightlive, and he said before dgusa and evolve moved too their own system for ippvs, gofight lives cost for broadcost were as follows.
    1. All equipment and people flown out and flown back by Dragongate.
    2. 50% of the ppv revenue.

So, the first ippv off gofightlive, dragongate suddenly was in the black, because they had a revenue increase of over 50%.

So, at least if RoH can get this worked out, they stand to make a lot more money, which could help in making their show look less indyrific.

Still odd seeing a episode of ROH tv taped before the last ppv where the title changed hands and we have the previous champ still with the title

Also like how on their website they're still playing along and dreading Steen as the champ

    Matches to watch:

Finlay and Jon Davis was good (with a few screw ups).
AR Fox vs. Callihan was good, even with the stipulation (Evolution's End, see: Fight Without Honor)
Chuck Taylor and Silas Young vs. Samurai Del Sol and Johnny Gargano was nice, makes me want to see more of Samurai Del Sol.
Generico vs. Ricochet wasn't at the level of their PWG match, but still great.

    13
El Generico and Sami Callihan finally found chemistry. Greatness was the result.
A.R. Fox vs. Jigsaw vs. Samuray Del Sol vs. Ricochet: Too much talent not to be good.
Gargano and AR Fox was really good. Plus, the sentimental moment with Gargano and the 10 year old girl after the match was great.
sounds like good stuff. a lot of the undercard guys i either don't know or don't think very highly of. not like i think they suck, just not people i'm eager to see at all.
Mr. Backlund continued wrestling under the new gimmick of an out of touch, yet highly dangerous, maniac out to teach the new generation a lesson.[3] He often appeared in business suits, had a hyperactive personality, and used (or, often, misused) large words to sound important. He also demanded that he be addressed as "Mr. Backlund". He would only sign autographs for wrestling fans if they could recite the names of all of the US Presidents in chronological order

So the Chikara show was great. I had a really good time. I met Sara Del Rey. She shook my hand. That's a binding marriage contract, right?

give us a brief rundown of the show if you get a chance. also i've had a thing for sara since 2003 when i 1st saw her at PWG's debut show, she's come a LONG way since then.

It was at the Highland Ballroom, which gave it this really cool casual nightclub feel. It was like a matinee show. It didn't really feel heavy until the main event, with Eddie Kingston and Jigsaw. That really got the crowd pump and sent everyone home happy. I met Ultra-Mantis Black, Freightmare and saw a bunch of folks (by the way, Saturyne looks as cute in person as you'd expect. She's also ripped. You could grate cheese on those abs).

    thanx ben

PWG "death to all but metal" quick results:
    1) B-Boy defeated Famous B

    2) TJ Perkins defeated Ryan Taylor

    3) Kevin Steen defeated Brian Cage to retain the PWG World Title

    4) Super Smash Bros. defeated The Young Bucks to win the vacant PWG Tag Team Champions

    5) RockNES Monsters and Candice LeRae defeated Joey Ryan, Peter Avalon, and Ray Rosas

    6) Willie Mack defeated Michael Elgin

    7) El Generico defeated Ricochet
    plane

neither of the title matches couldn't main event because steen and the SSB had to catch a plane.
