I don't think TNA fans give a shit about their own product, or they weren't fans and they gave tickets away to randoms.
But i read the building held 9000 people and they only had 2000 there, so i would imagine they were all fans, because if you are going to give out free tickets, the number would have been higher.
    But F that crowd.
At first I thought the crowd was being quiet like the japan crowds, But after a wile I relised they just sucked.

The company will likely have to handle doing 7,000-10,000 for the lesser PPV's each month and the 20,000+ for their 2 big Event PPV's ...Lockdown and BFG.

They can exist as they recently signed an extension with Spike (its hinted Spike may gave them more TV with this new deal) and my thoughts is this. Rerun Impact. I think what helped some buyrates in 2011 was the fact TNA was airing twice a week. It gave viewers more chances to catch . In fact once combined TNA was drawing 2+ million viewers a week . One show would do over a 1.0 . The Monday night show would do a 0.6-0.9 some weeks.

With Tuesday clear , I'd schedule Impact as a repeat for Sunday night (Except on PPV nights and air it on Monday) and just air it twice a week. It would fill a spot for Spike and also help expose TNA to more people likely. Its what the company needs.
After the UFC left, Spike doesn't have much else going on. Impact is something that is relativity consistent in the ratings. A second show wouldn't surprise me. I mean if you only watched impact you wouldn't have known that Devon won the tv title a month ago. IIRC this past week was the first time he was on impact with the belt.

Maybe Kaz just wanted a haircut, and short hair is easier to take care of. As for leaveing wwe, he could have simply just not liked it there.

Didnt Roode already beat Anderson and Hardy? What have they done to get a title shot. And every time rvd says he didnt loose the belt, I have to bring up that Sting gave RVD his rematch a year ago, and he lost.

I thought they should have had a tv title match weekly or biweekly. Same with the X division. But seeing that Aries is apparently the only x division wrestler on tv it doesn't matter.

roode hasn't beat mr butthole yet, hogan "reversed" the decision because bobby hit him in the head with the bottle.
Mr. Backlund continued wrestling under the new gimmick of an out of touch, yet highly dangerous, maniac out to teach the new generation a lesson.[3] He often appeared in business suits, had a hyperactive personality, and used (or, often, misused) large words to sound important. He also demanded that he be addressed as "Mr. Backlund". He would only sign autographs for wrestling fans if they could recite the names of all of the US Presidents in chronological order

    Roode still won.
Remember, the refs decision is final.

Anderson needs a new catchphrase, every time he starts with the asshole rants. He sounds like a kid that just learned about swearing.

The guy could use a new gimmick. It's about as stale as Cena's face run

What parts of the show I watched were crap. No wonder ratings are tanking and their (reported) PPV buyrate was poor even by TNA's modest standards.

The product is almost totally unexciting these days and many things better change longterm for both popularity and product interest sakes.

Both of them are faces....i think that's all it takes.
Oh and Grape, the buyrate was down from last year, but it wasn't bad by TNA standards, early reports re 15-17000 buys. I know that down isn't good, but it's not like it did 8000 like one of their b shows or something.

Certainly, but isn't Lockdown in effect supposed to be TNA's Summerslam or something? (Yes, I'm laughing at even teasing the comparison too. Though I'm only referring to status within.)

Yeah, it's their second ppv, but it did over twice what a b ppv does.
....i've been shitting on TNA for a long time, im not saying they are doing great things, just saying the big show still did a big number, for them.
A smaller number, but still much bigger than random shitty ppv.

i wouldn't go that far. they're just in one of their shitty periods. leading into lockdown they had strung together about a months worth of good tv, and the ppv was good i thought. i think it's like that because they tape multiple episodes at a time. 1 shitty taping=a months worth of shitty tv

I don't think at this point the quality of the product TNA produces will have anything to do with the size of the audience.
They'd need to be really good for like 6 months.

yeah but hogan was saying shit about how they haven't been able to work as a cohesive team and yakety yak as if they were a regular team or something. he said a lot of stupid shit though. and as xpected OFN ended up being just a bunch of randomness that seemed made up as they went along
