I will say if it's a normal crowd and the match is long they will be very into it.
But other than that, the only reason anyone wants to see this is to see Punk and Bryan wrestle, theres no angle.

Also, i would laugh a lot if bryan/punk is only 18 seconds. It would be horrible and turn the crowd on the show, and i would hate it, but i would laugh much.

They know it will be a good match, theres that, im pretty sure they will get time.
Heres the weird thing, they used to put good matches with guys who can't talk on shows for no real reason, but this match has a guy they elevated because of him talking, and a guy in bryan who they though couldn't talk, but he was so good at it that they kept the belt on him for 3 or 4 months.
So...wtf?
I mean, there build is sort of better than the 4 way, which was originaly going to be built as Del Rio vs Sheamus, and for 2 weeks has been built as Orton vs Sheamus.
