If Hardy is going face, I wonder if that's a sign that TNA is basically giving up on Immortal.

He being champ was the only thing that really made that group look halfway credible.

Him being the anti-christ of wrestling, sporting the TNA version of the Diva's title, was at least kinda cool. Kinda.

    - The working title for The Miz and R-Truth's new tag team is "Awesome Truth."

AJ Kirsch is AJ from this last seasons of Tough Enough. You know....the bland one. Jody Kristofferson is the son of Whistler. And Jody and AJ actually had a feud. There's a nifty video around here of AJ talking smack to both Kristofferson's.

    Here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nsLqSfpfZJs

It's easily better than anything AJ did on Tough Enough.

I think using main eventers currently not with the world title scene in the tag team division is a great idea.

JeriSHOW and ShowMiz back in the day really revitalized the tag team scene. Could happen again if enough people who are actually over get into the mix. With Del Rio as champ, it's not like the Miz will likely be going for the world title anytime soon... this gives him another world title to occupy him until a face get the belt.

The nice thing about both of those tag teams is that it used an established guy to boost someone. Jericho re-established Big Show, who in turn helped establish Miz. I like Truth and Miz together, they were a riot. But if the whole purpose of this isn't to get Truth settled in at a higher spot than he was at, I'm not as excited about it.

But Truth/Miz vs. Kofi/Bourne could be just what Raw needs in the midcard.

So Miz and Truth are a tag team now?

Well, so much for any pleasant feelings from having heard Bourne (and Kofi) won the titles last night........they're filler champs now, I take it.

(Because WWE'd be dumb to NOT have Miz and Truth as tag champs)

Low Ki was asked on Twitter if he would come back to WWE if they wanted him for a new cruiserweight division and he replied "Doubtful"

Would have been a great time to reunite MNM as well. They had Mercury working as an FCW Trainer--and they didn't know what to do with Morrison--they could have at least used them to put some new teams over before releasing certain people....

Yeah. There's an interview with MVP and Low Ki where they talk about how bad it was for him. Here's an exerpt:

MVP and Low Ki’s reaction to the beatdown of Kaval after he won NXT Season 2:

Low-Ki: “I think the reason for all that can be debatable. My personal opinion on that was ‘Don’t celebrate too much right now, because you’re still in my company'... that one feel-good moment that I had after going through all that crap…. knock you right back down to let you know that ‘Hey, this is still my company.'"

MVP: “And you hit it right on the head. It seemed like nobody knew what was going on because no one did. That was just an audible that was called... Vince said send everyone out there and have them all go jump Low-Ki. So I’m standing out there as a babyface and I told some of the other babyfaces ‘Are we supposed to just stand out there and watch this guy get beat up?’ So I said, 'let’s hit the ring.' And this was all audibled, so we were just out there going at it. Afterwards, I was like 'What the hell was that all about?’

"They said ‘Well, you don’t have any alliance with him.’ I said ‘But I’m a babyface, so as a babyface, why would I allow another babyface to be jumped by ten guys?’ And the response that I got was, ’Well, Austin would have just stood there and laughed.’ I said, ‘Would The Rock have just stood there and laughed? Would Cena have stood there and watched and not done anything?’ So it was chaos because literally, nobody knew what the hell was going on.”

    A drama about wrestling.
    ....Yeah, missing the point entirely.
