He dies in Infinite Crisis #6 I believe. That's collected in the IC trade.
There was a tie-in in Teen Titans that takes place just before that issue, but I don't know if it is collected in a trade (I borrowed the issue off a friend, sorry).Last edited by Cowtools; 08-19-2011 at 05:22 PM.

Really, you just need Infinite Crisis 6 for the actual death scene. If you want to see Superboy vs superboy Prime initial fight, you would want Infinite Crisis 4 and I think Teen Titans 33. But the rematch where Superboy dies, is Infinite Crisis 6.
