One of the girls is Vanessa, who you saw in the first issue. The other is the girl you saw on the TV earlier in the issue. The third you've never met before :)

But we've totally seen "glasses" before, at least I've seen him around in this arc, not sure about earlier issues

Mm.. you shouldn't have--I didn't design him until we were getting ready for issue 19. I may have drawn kids in the crowd shots that look like him, but glasses kid wasn't specifically designed until recently.

Hey Joe & Nick,

I would ask this over Twitter but it's... gonna require a longer answer, though hopefully not much more.

So, I see we're getting introduced (properly?) to another group of kids. This is great 'n' all, but I'm struggling a bit with the series as it is. I hoped trade two would answer questions I had after trade one, and three would do the same after two, but I must confess my brain is really struggling to get my head around a lot of aspects of the series. Will this next arc (which takes us to ~25% through the series, right? I'm sure I heard that it was possibly going to be a 100 issue series) answer a number of questions or at least partially work towards doing so, and will those four initial arcs work better when read together?

Yeah... I was doing a reread and I'm totally wrong. Did the original design for Hunter have glasses? I'm might have gotten confused with something on your deviantart page or your tumblr

One Fifth of the series complete! W00t!

Kind of an "eh" issue though. I kind of wish that the series would try to incorporate more of the characters into the plot of a single issue. When was the last time all of the Glories were together any way. Feels like forever.
