The cover (finally!) for Green Lantern: New Guardians #1 looks pretty awesome. I know the Star Sapphire featured (her name escapes me), but I'm glad we're getting her instead of Carol Ferris(I could not tell for the longest time). I know she's a former villain of John Stewart's, but I haven't seen her since Blackest Night. I'm really excited for this book. It's nice to see Kyle take center stage, and I've been very interested in the "New Guardians" concept since it was first teased. Hopefully this book can shine new light on the multiple lantern corps.

dc i gess no one told you THE NEW STAR SHAPPHIRE OUTFITS SUCK
they didnt really alter the outfits of any of the other lanterns WHY WHY did they do so to the shapphires
the outfits theyv had sense there primary introduction in the lantern wars right before blackest night
where SO damn sexy this new outfit is just plain and dull

The ones introduced in the 21st Century weren't sexy; they were just trashy. Wank material and nothing else.

The classic Sapphire costumes didn't need to be changed. They were tres sexy.

I wished that CBR asked Tony more about Kyle and the New Guardians rather than Sinestro given that Geoff's mainly dealing with that character.
