Both of these choices, regardless of gender, are 100% better overall choices for playing a movie version of Ororo. They look better and have that "I'm a Warrior Queen" attitude Ororo is renowned for, and they both look better with white hair. One of the biggest complaints from Brian Singer in the X-Men Movies commentary was getting the lighting right for Ororo's white hair. He said it was damn near close to impossible and he had to film multiple takes in order to make the hair look semi-realistic and remain white as snow.

Micro-braids. Make a long wig of white micro-braids and be sure to add the widow's peak so we can see the white hair coming from the skin. There, that's how you make a white wig look good on film on a black woman! It has visual texture, makes sense from a character point of view, and will still move nicely in the wind!
Omg, I thought that lady was Ru. Both those bitches give me Storm. Work!
