Beautiful, beautiful rendering of Rahne's expression.

Enjoyable as always. Particularly liked the bit about the learning curve and the mystical/supernatural threats. Plus, Layla remains one of my favourites.
Hah! Right on the nose!the sizable cast (although honestly, is the population of X-Factor really larger than the population of Utopia?)

I skimmed through some of it. But i did like what I read. I really should buy this book more.

Are you trying to fight me, teddy? I believe in gender equality, I will falcon punch you - Jan 'slacker' Brady
As usual, interesting but not too reveiling interview.
I can't wait to read more of his stories (I couldn't wait before the interview either)
Things sound like they are getting interesting. Now that the baby or (babies?) will be born next issue, I wonder how Drawin will fit in to the larger puzzle. He must have been preparing some how after his run in with Tier. And it looks like we are going to finally get an explanation on the whole Shatterstar/Longshot relationship. It would be nice to see PAD make Mojo into a credible threat again.
Oh and I love Layla's new look, far better than the shorts.![]()
Very excited to see what will happen in 230 and who from Schism will be paying them a visit.
Schmitty's Evil Twin.
No Feral questions? What a bummer. I do look forward to the Shatterstar/Longshot stuff though.

Q: You know what happens when a Mallrat gets struck by lightning?
A: Chili Fries
Looks like Wolverine will be appearing in X-Factor, like I suggested. Watch the sales figures rise and rise! Great news for the book! After "Schism" wraps up, will the X-Factor line-up remain the same or will the X-Men come recruiting?
Well Mr. Anderson (Anderson, that's him!), I feel comfortable enough in saying that there will be definitely blow back from "Schism" in "X-Factor," and if that's what you're interested in, then I strongly suggest that you go out and reserve, right now, your copy of "X-Factor" #230. Let's just say that a very high-profile player in "Schism" is going to be showing up for that issue and that the team is going to be presented with some very intriguing decisions.
Now, hold on, I need to finish reading the X-Position.
EDIT: Oh, I'm done. Good X-Position! I like that Peter David spends time trying to answer questions and doesn't go to the "wait and see" well very often.

Interesting.
-Rictor really is his own worst enemy sometimes. His interpersonal relationship skills are so bad.
-Shoe's on the other foot for Shatterstar. I guess he needs a good lesson in jealousy and insecurity.
-Glad to hear that Rahne will end up supporting Rictor and Shatterstar.
Good question, Regino. I've noticed it that too and enjoyed that little detail shared between them.
Well, I always thought Shatterstar was Longshot's son as hinted in X-Men in the early 90s with that issue ending with a panel of Longshot looking at a pregnant Dazzler and Alison asking him "Shatterstar? Are you serious?"
But I'm sure PAD knows about that, so apparently he means something else with L/S relationship.
ETA: Wikipedia confirms my memory.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shatterstar
It was hinted that Shatterstar may have been the child of Longshot and the mutant X-Man Dazzler in the early run of X-Men in 1992,[9] and in 2009, Rob Liefeld confirmed that Shatterstar "was pitched as Longshot's son".[10] A later medical exam conducted by Beast upon Shatterstar revealed that he indeed possessed DNA identical to that of Longshot, his rumored father, along with such genetic features as hollow bones and a lack of white blood cells.[11]
Dazzler revealed that she was pregnant with Longshot's child and Longshot suggested the name "Shatterstar" for the unborn child.[12] Longshot and Dazzler returned to Mojoworld to free Longshot's people and Dazzler later appeared without Longshot and without a child. It has been speculated that Dazzler miscarried,[13] though it has not been established officially what became of the infant.

If my memory is correct, Shatterstar being half-human was first introduced in the X-Factor annual that was part of Shattershot. I don't recall if he was stated to be Longshot's son there, but Spiral stated he was the son of a human and Arize-spawn and destined to be his world's savior.
