These Swamp Thing Covers have been disappointing. I wish they would go with Old school horror covers like the Woch and Alcala covers were.

It's better that the covers for Swamp Thing aren't too great. It doesn't give away much. And with Scott Snyder on it, it's sure to be special.

I feel as Alan Moore does.

What does that have to do with Scott Synder's future run on Swamp Thing? Or the quality of the covers?

Perhaps he feels that the swamp thing covers looks pretty much similar ergo the stories are the same and there isnt new ideas and is not evolving. I think

The sparks when slade cuts the robots fingers are really done well. The boots and gloves of deathstroke are also done well.

Referring to the entire crisis DC is having right now and has been experiencing for the last 25 years!
DC has not be able to get things correct after 1986. Roy Thomas must be pissed! All his creations are "taking a break!" Yeah, Ok, whatever smallville!

    That's.......also random.

Thanks for using a cover preview piece to share a quote by Alan Moore that you have so generously lifted out of context and applied to the entirety of DC's output for the past quarter century. And ironically you recycled someone else's thought to support your position on lack of new ideas. Interesting approach.

Covers sure are pretty though aren't they?
