Warner Bros. has released the a photo featuring "Man of Steel" star Henry Cavill in full Superman mode, revealing the first look at the costume to be used in director Zack Snyder's reboot flick.

I think this looks much better then the Superman Returns suit. I'm looking more and more forward to this movie.

Yeah, I can definitely dig this suit. The red is actually red and not near burgundy like the Superman returns suit, and the cape actually looks like a cape and not a tarp.

Nice folds in the cape. The "S" looks cheap, but the cape folds are an interesting touch. Colors look metallic and muted so far...not sure about that. Might be the lighting, but the suit sure looks shiny and metallic. I liked the deep blue, gold and red of the Superman Returns suit. Also, the raised and tweaked "S" design on that suit was nice.

It feels like something out of a 50s, from the old Superman Television show.

I mean I am willing to admit that I have found Superman returns to be a bit of an okay movie and costume. So that is why I found this one just a bit out of style.

just to be nitpicky, i think the hair should be a bit more greased down, there's way too much lift there. And wheres the classic cowlick (or bang)?

definatly like the suit a lot and henry looks damn cool
now just please PLEASE no Underwear
and also please zach make a good film PLEASE your dawn of the dead was great.............. i liked watchmen alot but i completly understand peoples problems with it specialy the music and comparsions with the very SUPERIOR novel
havent seen sucker punch
