I'm sure everyone has noticed this: this makes two finales in a row where time has gone wrong and our heroes wind up in an altered timeline/reality bubble. Surely this isn't a coincedence?

Thus do I write the first chapter of my new scripture. And the first verse is "Let it all burn."
PHOENIX INVICTUS!
"I personally have seen a lot more annoying complaints about political correctness than annoying examples of it."
Indeed and some of the spiky responses from Moffat to criticism of this series makes me think that he does think he's so good at telly!
It drove away casual and mainstream viewers who were pissed off by what was and wasn't going on. I gave up 2/3 of the way through series two because it was shite.
I think the nadir was the episode where they covered a day in the life of catering! See Neil Gaiman eat a full breakfast!!
Apparently a few American and British fans have offered to make their own programme should the BBC grant them access. Errr, right, I'm sure they will.....
Yeah, I am gald someone mentioned Lost as there is a danger with anything that piles question upon question that it loses people. I gave up on Lost at the same point as you. At first all the mystery was intriguing, then there was a tipping point where nothing was explained and more questions where asked. Lost Up It's Own A*** more like.

Good thing a majority of the questions raised by the last couple of seasons of Doctor Who have been answered then, isn't it?
"He actually amnesty them!"
Gotcha.
.
"He actually amnesty them!"
And I just watched The Big Bang again. Fuck all y'all haters, that was a brilliant piece of telly.

It was the look of utter bemusement on Gaiman's face as he was being filmed eating a sausage that was the moment I thought Confidential is over. There's also the fact Moffat doesn't seem to enjoy it as much as RTD did so it's good for it to move on and the BBC spend the money saved on some new drama, documentaries or comedy.
