Won the WWE Championship at MITB. Left the WWE with the title. Returned to much fanfare to take on Cena at Summer Slam.

For the first time in a few months, Sin Cara is not on top of the list. He gained no points for July. With his suspension for failing the WWE Wellness program, he may be out for most of August as well. Christian moved up to gain the top spot in his place.

CM Punk again made gains on the top and may continue if he has a decent showing at Summer Slam. Mark Herny made a huge move up the rankings thanks to his recent monster heel work. John Cena also moved up into the top ten for the first time due to his work with CM Punk. Alberto del Rio made it back into the top ten thanks to his RAW MITB win.

Rey Mysterio and Zack Ryder made decent first showings on the list.

The Miz, Orton, and Sting all slipped down the list due to gaining no points. The Miz has no gained any points the past two months after a strong first two months.
