Wow, some cool stuff coming up, its good to see that Ultimate Wolverine vs Hulk mini is not totally being ignored.
I'am sooo excited for this, does anyone think this can post higher sales than some of the main avenger books?
I couldn't be more excited for this book. Everything I've read with Hickman's name on the cover has shown me that he's probably the best writer at Marvel right now - possibly the best of the past decade. His FF is incredible, Secret Warriors is extremely exciting, and what I've read of SHIELD is very intriguing. I don't think there's a better man for the job than Jonathan Hickman.
And I'm glad he mentioned the Nick Fury transition from Secret Warriors to Ultimates. I've been thinking about that this week as I re-read SW for the anticipation of the finale, and, as much as I love Millar's SLJ Fury, I think the Fury that Hickman gives us in Secret Warriors is one of the most badass characters of all time. I can't wait to see some of that in his Ultimate Fury, and I hope we get to see some of Fury's past.
Even more exciting is the level of commitment they have on making the UU very coherent. I think these books are going to be REALLY fun to read together, especially if they can keep the pace up so they come out on time.
I was also glad to see him mention She-Hulk. I've been wanting to see her again since the awesome WvH series by Lindelof. I'm really curious as to what other characters Hickman plans to use.
I like Ultimate Comics. - Read them with us!
I also buy: Captain America, Avengers, FF, New Avengers, X-Factor, among others
I gotta say, Marvel's really pulling me into this Ultimate relaunch. It feels fresh again.![]()
With the exception of maybe the first issue, no. Once it settles in, it will be above Academy and MAYBE Secret, but it doesn't have a shot at selling more copies than either of Bendis's books as long as Marvel keeps them as the flagship titles. And, honestly, that's too bad; as much as I like Bendis, his Avengers writing has been pretty underwhelming lately.

Ultimate X with Jean, Liz and Derek with Hulk helping out working for Fury.
Still the Full Ultimates Team should be interesting. I am surprised Fury put Black Widow on the main team. Maybe Hickman can give an absolute answer to the baby. I wonder how much he pays in child support, now that he got his old job back.

I'm missing a Spider-Woman story here"I have an Ultimate Hulk and an Ultimate Jean Grey/Karen Grant story. I have a Nick Fury story, which is actually about both Nick Fury and Hawkeye. I have a Captain America story. I have what is sort of a follow-up to the 'Ultimate Doom' miniseries that Brian [Bendis] did. I have a really interesting Iron Man story that's an epilogue to all the 'Ultimates' stuff that Mark Millar did," Hickman told CBR News. "And I did an Ultimate Thor story with Brian Hitch, which was one of the biggest thrills of my professional career. I love Brian Hitch's work and I love the volumes of 'The Ultimates' that he and Mark did. The fact that I got to write this story for him was a huge kick."
Unless Bendis is writing it.
The Ultimates by Hickman is going to be so good, I can't hardly wait to read it![]()

Meh...I'd read it...
Anyone who doesn't like Miles Morales is a racist.
