With Bryan announcing that he plans to put up his MITB briefcase at wrestlemania , don't feel it will bode well for him. Think he'll lose his shot before then. Too long a period till wrestlemania.

Yes he does.

Say what you will about the WWE's (RAW) booking, but they've at least been trying to make things unpredictable. That's a good thing, IMO. Wrestling's best when it's got an 'anything can happen' vibe.
Listening to Dusty is always rewarding.
I kinda want Cody to incorporate bicycles into his entrance somehow.

Yeah, think he loses the briefcase before then. Unless he turns heel and goes full a-hole.
I'm as big a Danielson mark as anyone here, but I remain skeptical he'll actually win the championship, much less headline Mania.
I won't be convinced until the segment in which he wins the title ends without someone running out to reverse the decision.

The Jaw Squad is dead. Long live the Jaw.
Brandon,
is the title okay?

I think this situation with DBD might be that WWE has more faith in him then they did with Kennedy who frequently bothed, injured others, got injured and violated the wellness policy at least once if not more times
Well
Sorry!

Nothing's gonna happen without a warning
I've felt this way for a while now, but I honestly think we're at the point where nothing is going to really make much of an impact on ratings. No one storyline, stunt, or superstar is going to give anything more than a momentary boost, if that. With the rise of YouTube and DVRs, it's becoming easier and easier to just check out the best parts of the show later. Neilson is getting more and more irrelevant as the years go by. Plus, wrestling is just such a niche thing now, that it doesn't really matter if something really cool happens...the people generally left watching are either hardcore fans who stick with the business through everything, and kids who don't really care or notice things like bad booking or writing. There isn't this massive group of untapped potential fans just waiting for an awesome storyline to happen to make them start watching again. It's a lot like the state of the comics industry, where both quality and stunt casting does little to improve business.
I think we need to just accept that ratings will continue to decline, as the ratings system becomes more and more inaccurate and the wrestling business becomes more and more niche.
