DC Comics has released the solicitation information for Superman titles releasing in October, 2011, including the second issues of "Action Comics," "Superman," "Superboy" and "Supergirl."

Superman's costume is starting to grow on me. I don't love it, but seeing it from more artist's isn't hurting my opinion.

Yeah, I've got to be honest, after being apsolutely disgusted with it back when the Superman #1 front cover was released I actually quite like the new Superman outfit now. At least I like the collar and I understand perfectly why they got rid of the briefs. It helps that it's actually been drawn pretty well since it's first appearance, especially by Jim Lee and with this new Supergirl cover.

Anyway, Action Comic's looks exciting. I can't wait to see Superman when he goes old school Golden Age supes on their arse. Also glad to see Lex Luthor.

Action looks amazing! It just moved up on my anticipation list given the new plot details about his continuity. Superboy looks like it takes place sometime in the past, before the events of Teen titans #1. Supergirl looks fun, but I want some more details nefore I decide. Superman might be good; and the idea of the villian is cool. I have never touched a super title before, so this is all new to me! :)

Can we compare the Supergirl cover with Middleton's of Supergirl beating Superboy. They look very similar to me.

Eh... I like the IDEA that Superman would have a metal costume, but WHY??? He's SUPERman... bullets bounce off of HIM, NOT his costume!

I would also like to think that the red underwear is dated and unneeded, but seeing him without them makes him look like any other character's costume. Superman is the big blue boyscout! He's SUPPOSED to be a little cheesy and dated!

The collar... I don't like the collars because it makes all the Justice League look too prestigious and condescending...

Man, I'm the opposite. The more I see of some of these new costumes, the less I like them.

The piping is just really distracting. It's like the '90's pouches reinvented for 2k.

Because the way they put is the suit was used in battles on krypton and the Kryptonians didn't need armor.

He's big and blue just with out the trunks. Also being a good person doesn't your dress has to be cheesy.
