I think I just fell in love with (Lady) Ghost-Rider.

DOes anyone think that this could be a proper time to reintroude the MC2 Spider-girl again, given all of the female related superheroines in that world ?![]()
Right because Idie, Hope and the Lights. Deserve Bigger roles then Storm and Gambit.
As for those two getting bigger roles well anything in the core books would better then what they get now. And I will believe it when I read it.

major failure on handling of Prelude mini-series. I thought it was important and a lead up Schism, but this b.s. esoteric answer undermines it. So they just all gathered around wondering what to do about an unestablished event? Just to give us "theme."

Well I'm glad Marvel is trying to publish more comics with female leads. I'll definitely check out Ghost Rider.
The small confirmation that Storm has some presence in schism is good as well.
Currrently Reading- Suicide Squad,Justice League,Animal Man,Batwoman,Batman:The Dark Knight,Batman,Batman and Robin,Detective Comics, Wonder Woman and Jonah Hex
I don't buy this, as much as I'd like Storm to get a bigger role in the X-Men (I'm not that huge a Gambit fan and he's in legacy a lot) no character deserves a bigger role. There are characters with more potential and characters who have exhausted their potential, but it's not like Spider-Man someone deserves all these books because he's sold so well or is so popular. It's an editorial decision to work with characters (can we tell a good story with them?) and a financial decision to run with characters (can we sell a story with them?). Someone doesn't deserve page time because they're well liked.
If you want to argue that the X-Men stories would be better with more Storm in, and would make more sense of the current Schism leadership stuff with her in, then'd I'd agree. I just don't think she should get more time because of some idea she deserves it.
Loved the non-answer to the "Prelude To Schism" question. This was one mini I'd gladly rip the cover off of and mail it to DC. What a waste of time and money.
What was up with that comment about "The Mighty"??? What is this, March?
The Prince continues with a questions perhaps prompted by the recent "Fear Itself" teasers, asking, "How did the process of choosing 'The Mighty' go? Were there any characters who just barely missed the cut? If so, who?"
Brevoort: I hate to have to punt, Prince, but given that we haven't actually revealed who any of the Mighty characters are yet, and they haven't appeared in "Fear Itself," it's a bit premature to get into the question of who might not have made the cut and why. But if you hit me back after the appropriate issues of "Fear Itself" have come out, I'll be happy to give you a better answer than this. Sorry!
I sense we'll come back to this one in a future column!
