...and it's great! Auto-Buy for me. Any Hickman project is on my list. I don't think I've read a debut project as good as The Nightly News.

This looks to be a great project and I can't wait to hear about the rest of the one shots in the PLUS! program.

RED WING is already on my pull-list. I really couldn't stand for NIGHTLY NEWS art but I'll give FEEL BETTER NOW as it sounds really interesting..There's something of THE DICE MAN (or of Will Self stories) that I suppose in it that I root for..

Hickman is one clever bastard. Besides probably being a pretty great comic book, this will make a even better movie pitch. So to ensure it's getting noticed by selling a good amount, he offers it to an unbeatable price. If it works, that's win/win.

I though it was good for a movie, or a tv-serial, but I hadn't see the walktrough.
No news here unfortunately, since Mark Millar thinks his comics as potential movies-adaptation (that said I'll be more interested by a WAR HEROES' film than the up-coming SUPER CROOKS). And I'm sure he's not the only one.

hickman is my new favourite writer.

i love his ideas, i totally agree with his thoughts on shorter stories, and the fact that he's producing brilliant original projects for himself is where all of us want to see comics go.

Im glad to see someone else releasing complete novellas like warren ellis with frankenstein's womb, crecy, aetheric mechanics and many many others.

vertigo resurrected have been doing something similar, 100 page complete specials, like finals and the extremist, i think it's the way to go for comics.

    very good news.

    I can't wait.

Anything non-Marvel that Hickman does is an instant purchase for me.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives.

Well, they (all three pages, one being a double splash) all have art on them, so that's what it's going to look like. I mean, to an extent everything Hickman draws himself follows a certain pattern.

I'm unfamiliar with Hickman. I stopped reading comcs back in '07 and just got back into comics a month or two ago. Even when I was into it, I don't think I was familiar with his work. I'll do a google search for more of his stuff. Thanks, goddamn batman.

the article sounds makes it sound like an hbo series pitch more than a comic. He sold me on the show, not the comic.
